        The Oldest man sent from Ace sprinkler was Amazing, such a hard worker. The team worked well together. Though it was obvious the seemingly considerable older man Really Worked very Hard! Very professional helpful and informative.

        The owner is great...had irragtion system fixed....weeks ago....recently had the system blown out....always great service

        I didn't request Monday's service. I called the owner (Jeff Rowe) and told him, his crew needs to go. I called Dracut Police to have them removed. I will not be shaken down for money for a service I never requested. You stated you were going to send my wife to collections for a service we didn't request on Monday. We have no contracts with you. Services were canceled before they started. I had no appointment on Monday, no calls and no written agreement with you. You are a con-man. Don't use Ace landscaping in Dracut, not professional. I'm not interested in your services. If you (Jeff Rowe) or your crew come on my property, you will be charged for trespassing. Any forms of communication such as by mail, email, or by phone with be consider harassment and legal action will be taken. Do not bill or contact me for Monday's services that we never requested.

      It is not company policy to cut random lawns in the community. Although you did not initiate service your wife did start the service one week prior for the address in Dracut. We prefer canceling service in writing or verbal via phone one week prior to next service date with our office. Attempting to cancel service when the crew is 3/4 of the way done your grass is challenging since they can’t hear the phone ringing. Posting on google or other public forums Is not the preferred way to communicate you are looking to cancel. We do appreciate the business that your wife gave us and we look forward to serving you in the future.
