        Paul seems unconcerned with the treework that needs to be done to his property. Old, leaning locusts, some which are visibly hollow, need to be pruned of larger, heavy limbs overhanging the parking spots. Many may need to be removed completely. When I pointed out that the frequently falling limbs might become a liability for his tenant's customers and others using the lot, and therefore an insurance liability for him, his response was "these things happen."
