image Now I see why this company has so many bad reviews. Worst insurance company with really bad customer care. I got into a car accident with one of their clients and its been 3 weeks now, their claim adjuster never respond back to my emails and phone calls. I already spent hundreds of dollars on Uber because my car is no longer drivable. Worst insurance company ever.

My husband picked up the statement from Enterprise.The amount was actually$341.46.
However after several calls again to Norfolk and Dedham, I I I finally was able to get a call back from Sandy.She was able to fix the error and will reimburse us. She was the only one that truly addressed the problem and we are thankful for her assistance .
We are very unhappy with the processing of our claim as well as the service provided. My husband's truck was hit by their client. When I submitted a claim, we had to wait for over a week for them to even consider it because they could not contact their client. They asked us for the police report, because their client decided not to file one. I provided it in person. Ok, I figured that was part of the process, so we waited. When they finally did contact the client, the claim process began and the adjuster was sent out and we were advised we could take it to be repaired. Great... well not so great...dealing with them to get a rental was the start of the problems. The collision shop informed us that it would take until April 4th to get truck repaired. This was March 11th. They informed the insurance adjuster as well as us. I called and emailed the insurance person to ensure this was all documented for the rental. He never responds or communicated in a timely fashion. When he did, he would say the rental will be extended on 2 different occasions. The last extension was until March 29th. I spoke with him regarding the date because they have already been informed the truck would not be ready until April 4th. He said don't worry his supervisor will extend. Well he didn't. ENTERPRISE charged us for 5days of the rental. I called ENTERPRISE and they said the insurance stopped on March 29th.
The back and forth, the disregard for customers and extremely poor customer service is a major red flag.
The non existence of communication with them is deplorable. Now I have to deal with with calling them to get them to pay, calling the bank to stop payment etc.
Very very disappointed with how this whole process has been and hope I never have to deal with them again.

image Worst insurance company that we have ever had to deal with. They refuse to do their job. Bottom line, they DO NOT care about you. They only care about your money. Believe every single one of these bad reviews against them. Stay far away!

image Norfolk and Dedham STAY AWAY .... I am insured by them and was Struck by another vehicle while stopped in traffic> I called N&D filed a claim next day a claims rep called me asked me about the accident I explained to her my Truck should not be driven she explained to me that she would email me over a voucher # in 24 hours so I would be able to get a rental. ( I have rental) .... Well it been 5 days my Truck was appraised and i was told I should not be driving my truck. I have left multiple messages with Syria at ext 1109 and have not heard a thing . So Now I am driving around in an unsafe truck with my children in it because I have no other choice ..... STAY AWAY FROM NORFOLK AND DEDHAM .... I am new customer ...... See you soon Liberty Mutual
