Dedham Flower Shoppe

Ended up spending $175 on orchids to send to my in-laws for Lunar New Year and they were dead when they got here. Ended up going to Trader Joes and getting orchids that look 10x better for a fraction of the cost. This place is a scam, Id recommend looking elsewhere for flowers. The card included also looks terrible.

I ordered Thanksgiving flowers for my daughter in laws holiday tablethey were deplorable! I paid over $100 dollars and it looked like a young child had thrown it together. Such a disappointment! I called to express my concerns and they gave me the run around! Will never use them again!

Florist is *not actually in Dedham* its just a website/domain a different florist elsewhere in the state bought-and on busy days like mothers day- they will take your order and your money, even send you an email saying the flowers were delivered to your recipient, but in fact not deliver anything and then tell you that it was too far and no one could make it over there when you call wondering what is going on. Good thing theyve got websites with 60 different town names for those of us looking to patronize a florist local to mum or whoever we are trying to send flowers to.

Ordered the "Embrace" bouquet and the Premium Chocolates, Harry London pictured from this Dedham florist. Received a sparse bouquet with Russell Stover chocolates from Bella Mia in Norwood. Called and spoke to both florists, apparently the picture of Harry London chocolates will be taken down as it is not available. And for providing feedback, I was yelled at and berated by the woman at Bella Mia. I'm attaching a picture of an actual bouquet that you can expect during the pandemic since the website pictures no longer apply.
