I'd give zero if I could at this point. My last visit I mentioned my tire was losing air and that my car wasn't starting well sometimes. I was given a $700 estimate for needed work which was a new tire valve, shocks, etc. They said it started fine. The next day my car wouldn't start in a parking lot, the corrosion on my leaky battery was so bad the connection wouldn't work. They never mentioned that in the estimate and based on how bad the battery looked.. They never even checked it. I had to buy a brand new battery and install. I also sent them that feedback via email which they ignored. Now, last week my check engine light came on. Car started misfiring.. All bad. The engine needed to be taken apart and I was told by a trusted mechanic shop that the problem came down to the low quality oil used. Up until my last two oil changes I always used high mileage synthetic as I drove a lot before. THIS dealership used a basic oil saying I wasn't putting as many miles and didn't need it. Apparently, that's not recommended. All of this on top of having to buy a brand new transmission (about $4k) for their KNOWN FAULTY (look up the lawsuit they lost) CVT transmissions. I bought this car brand new off the lot with 8 miles in 2015 by the way. Save yourself the headache, don't go here and DON'T buy Nissan.
