Men's Wearhouse and Tux

As a single Mom whose favorite designers include LL Bean and Land's End, I knew I would need alot of help renting a tux and buying dress clothes for my son. Wanting to support a local business I went to Giblee's. From the moment I walked through the door it was clear this was a bigmistake. The retail side was empty and there were one or two customers there for a pick-up on the tux side. A distracted, seemingly inexperienced salesman approached us after several minutes wait and seemed very impatient as we described what we were looking for. He hurried around grabbing jackets saying,"these aren't the right size but try them to get an idea". We found what seemed like a reasonable size jacket but he abruptly said, "I don't have time to find pants but I'll take measurements and he can try them on when he picks it up". I expressed concern that my son is quite thin and I really wanted my son to try everything on. I didn't want him to be unhappy with how he looked. The salesman seemed very annoyed at my request and suggested I go over to Men's Wearhouse to try things on and then I could let him know what I wanted to order.........what?!?! Well we went to Men's wearhouse where they were doing a brisk business getting everyone outfitted for prom. Despite this Jordan spent a great deal of time with my son making recommendations for the right cut tux and listened patiently to his ideas on color, helping him put together a great looking tux; exactly what he wanted. She then introduced us to Matt who spent well over an hour with us picking out 2 pairs of pants, 2 shirts, ties, pocket squares, a great jacket and pair of shoes. My son will now look great on his prom night as well as all his graduation activities. As promised, he loves the way he looks. Guess Giblees didn't need our business. Lucky for us we found Men's Wearhouse where we will be regulars and will recommend to anyone who asks.
