        I have an extremely difficult dog Viktor who I took about a year ago to attempt to get his nails trimmed. They offered to try, and even got body slammed by my dog, as he struggled hard to get away from them. They weren't able to do his nails because of how difficult he is (I need to bring him to the vet every time now), but they were awesome and patient and kind in dealing with him and me. I really appreciate their love for animals and their desire to help keep them smelling, looking, and feeling fresh! 💕

        The over-the-phone (lack of) customer service negatively impacted my experience. I received what came off as attitude when I called to book and again when my dog was done earlier than the time discussed and I couldn’t promptly pick him up.
