It was a pleasure to deal with these folks. Dave was very patient and calm and answered all my questions thoroughly. I had dealt with 2 other local dealers who were so shockingly rude and extraordinarily distasteful to deal with, that Dave just acting normal and engaging in calm, rational conversation was a reason to feel deep relief and gratitude. The car I bought was a much better deal and better quality than the other cars I had looked at. I am very happy with my experience here, and I recommend this place very highly. I hope the business keeps going strong, and serves many others with a breath of fresh of an experience of buying a used car.

I bought a 2001 Highlander from them with 117,000 miles. When I bought it, I specifically said that I would have my inspection station do the inspection. When I went to pick up the car, their inspection station had already put a sticker on it. When I took it to my inspection station they said the tires would not have passed because of the weather cracks. Also, there was a lose fender that should not have passed inspection. Additionally, when I got it home I found that the car would smoke when it sat for a few hours. The car burns a quart of oil every 400 miles. I called the salesperson and he claimed it was “normal”. I wrote better business bureau about my complains and Vehicle Ventures refused to reply to my complaint. So much for their warranty. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
