Previous employee/Nurse. Not a reliable nor reputable company. Patients need consistency with care, Nurses need consistency for continuum of care. Neither were met. If you're a Nurse, the way they count Productivity makes no sense. And short changes you for your caring, hard work. They are also known to not pay on time and when you call they say there is no number for payroll. Takes forever to get it rectified. Stay away, there are so many better places to utilize your skills.

A total mess. Disorganized- no one has clue about scheduling. Incompetent- staff seems to have trouble providing even basic care. I would rather attempt to treat myself then go with this crew

Total mess. Completely disorganized. They make promises they have no intention of keeping. If you consider working here DON'T.

Stay far away. I had services for a nurse to come in to fill my med box after hospital discharge. Supposed to be a few times a week for the first couple weeks. I had a different nurse each time so there was zero consistency, and also they would never give the courtesy of notice before coming. I would get no more than a half hours notice each time, and I had to initiate the phone calls to get even that half hours notice. The last straw that made me cancel services was an extremely rude nurse named Percilla, who came in to fill out my medication again after a half hours notice. I made casual talk with her at first. It was when she was putting meds in my box that I casually mentioned about my klonopin that I usually ended up having a few left over (meaning I don't end up needing all of them) and she snapped "I'm not going to give you more than you are prescribed" basically hearing only half and the complete opposite of what I said which was that I didn't need MORE. I needed LESS. I said "That's the assumption then isn't it?" Because she basically accused me of asking for extra meds when that isn't the case at all. And she said "Are you being serious?" and then she went off on a tirade about how she is not my usual nurse and is doing me a favor by coming. (by doing her job?) Also, I wouldn't know I had a "usual" nurse, because I had a different nurse EVERY time one came. No consistency with times, days, notice of arrival, and rude judgemental nurses with ZERO bedside manner.
