        I was looking for options on rugs and flooring for my basement. Justin listened, looked at the photos of the room I brought, and gave a few recommendations for my needs. We scheduled a visit to measure and quote the room. It was an odd shape, so he gave some different options that would cover 90% vs the whole room. In the end it was only like $250 more to go with total coverage of the area. No pressure on the sale, either, more giving pros and cons for each option. Installation day the crew called to inform they were on the way. From start to end it was done in about 4 hours. Everything looked really sharp which is impressive given all the weird corners a New England concrete basement can have.

        Great Service! Reasonable prices. We went to the store and worked with Justin to find the right carpet for our bedroom. He came out as promised to take measurements of the room and quote us a price. The carpet came in as promised. We scheduled an install date. They came on that date, moved a very heavy piece of furniture and installed the carpet. They took away the old carpet and padding and cleaned up nicely. We are quite pleased with Baystate Rug and Flooring.
