Poor quality. Sloppy. Wpuld not recommend.

Hired them for our wedding this weekend and Paul for all the shots I wanted ! I can't wait to see the pictures although for I was a little disappointed he left while I was getting ready early because he wanted to get to the venue. I don't think he should have left so early because I didn't pictures putting my dress on. But everything else was great.

Terrible photos, like someone just purchased the cameras and starting charging for wedding photography. Most are out of focus, focused on the background rather than the subjects. Lighting is bad. I asked for a release on the photos which they were happy to do but just wrote it on the CD rather than a letter or something of that kind. Wish I had gone some where else or asked people to bring their own digital cameras because it would have gone a lot better.

Paul continues to put the blame on me and has emailed me numerous times asking me to take this post down.  I DID email [email protected] on 8/31/16 which is the day we had our appointment scheduled and I DID call 5 or 6 times and it would go straight to voicemail and I also DID leave a voicemail!! He states he never received this email or phone calls, but yet this is the email and number that is listed on the AVR website. The email he has sent me since I have put this post up was stating that our conversation we had probably ended with him telling me to contact him back if i want to finalize the appointment.  But WHY would I call to schedule an appointment and then call back again to finalize the appointment??? Doesn't make much sense to me!!!  If Paul had emailed me and realized he was in the wrong and apologized rather than making it seem like I was the one who made the mistake, then maybe I would take my post down, but that was not the case. Goes to show the poor customer service....

Fantastic work! We are so happy we chose AVR to film our wedding day celebration. From our first appointment to the big day's conclusion, Paul was nothing short of a true professional! He had all the angles covered, capturing every little detail form the quiet intimate moments, to the exciting dance floor moves. Paul was so easy to work with and kept things stress free and easy! He was attentive to our request and creative with his suggestions. The final video was delivered shortly after the wedding and came out amazing! Well beyond our expectations. Each time we replay the video for family or friends we get a chance to relive that special day and see all the moments we otherwise would have missed. Everyone is always so impressed with the quality the video production and we couldn't be happier ourselves.  We highly recommend AVR to anyone looking for a top notch videographer! Thanks Paul.
