If I could give zero stars for this place that should have been shut down 20 years ago I would. In the 30 years that I have been in this town I've rented from this place probably 6 times. 4 was to get a power washer , each time they give me the same 40 year old, broken down, rusted power washer that is so old the metal shards within the hose are sticking out and what does it do? It rips apart your hands to the point where you're bleeding all over the place. I rented it for the last time about two weeks ago and it didn't work. I brought it back and I told the guy it didn't work and he offered no apologies just my money back and I was on my way. I desperately needed a 40 foot ladder for this weekend and foolishly called them yesterday and the woman said hold on, "yes we have a 40 footer it is in here and I will hold it if you want me to". I go there today and I am greeted by a young kid who has no idea what's going on so he goes out back where there are three other kids all sitting at a table eating donuts doing nothing and they tell me, " ha ha ha we don't even have a 40 foot". This place should have been shut down years ago. They are literally renting the same garbage broken down equipment that they have had in this building for 30+ years. And the customer service is nothing but garbage. It's no wonder 99% of their reviews are bad.

Rented seat covers for me and my wifes wedding, wasnt given any info on the delivery. They got the colors wrong when she ordered them and when they arrived they were dirty and ripped. Then the manager on duty calls my wife on our wedding day to say how rude her bridesmaids were, and I dont know what kind of event you have going on today but thats no way of talking to my driver . Even when we talked to the wedding coordinator at the country club she mentioned how rude they were! All they asked was to be shown how to put them on, and if they can start bringing them in. NEVER giving them my business and will steer everyone I know away. Even the country club will steer people away. Save your money and stay away from the rudeness of this place. Wicked over priced!

Super helpful staff. Gave me all the info I needed to get the job done quickly and easily. Had an issue with the machine, got a call back within minutes and got the help I needed. Will definitely go here again when I need to use a machine I dont want to purchase.
