He presented himself very well at first, his pricing was a little higher but still in line with other local contractors that bid on the same job. Once he received the down payment to hold a place on his calendar/to purchase material it was difficult to get in touch with him, he told me that because my job was not his BIGGEST job, I had to wait until he had time to fit in my job overall, he was very tough to nail down, very unresponsive to my calls & texts, rarely showed up when he said he would, very poor communication skills, seemed he always had an attitude or chip on his shoulder for some reason? Some of my yard tools went missing, it took many follow up calls to get them back!! The quality of the work was ok, I was short changed on the back fill/top soil to fill in behind the wall he built, grass seed never took root, it took me another 3 yards of top soil to bring the grade back up to where it should have been. Customer Beware!! Shop around
