The Got Junk Duo arrived early after giving a half hour heads up. They were most courteous, considerate and cheerfully efficient, despite the 80 degree heat and two flights of narrow stairs. True to form, I pointed and it disappeared. When a box exploded, one was ready with large tough trash bag to pick it all up and take it away.

Disposed of a small spinet piano. Guys were very fast and courteous. They complete disassembly and disposal for ~$1000. If you are handy and can disassemble yourself (take out keybed and action), the price drops by almost a half. Overall a fast an pleasant experience.

If I could give ZERO stars I WOULD! I live in Chelsea, MA and I contacted this company MULTIPLE times between the website and calling, for an item to be picked up last week. My boyfriend called and spoke to someone on Monday, and was put on hold, then hung up on, with no return call. I received 4 calls TODAY asking me when I need the item picked up?!?! It's already GONE, thanks to a great junk removal in Saugus, ma!
