99 Restaurants

Was standing there waiting to be sat at a table as the manager said hi to me then when I asked for table for 1 was rudely told to wait for someone else to "be right with you". 2 more employees walked up and typed on the computer as I sat there waiting to be served. After several minutes of waiting I decided to leave as this was horrendous customer service. Went to Pizza 1 Subs 2 and had a fantastic experience with friendly staff and 0 wait times. Will not be going back to this 99 and they are my favorite chain restaurant.

If you wanna grab a quick meal and leave this is ok. If you want to go out with your loved ones and have a great time, this is not the place. The rice is horrible. They should serve a different kind of rice. Dont order rice if youre into really good rice. The steak. Oh boy, you better off ordering chicken. The chicken is good. Customer service will depend on who is serving you, wether theyre having a bad day or a good day. Ive experienced very good customer service but Ive also been very disappointed. If youre having a bad day and dont wanna risk making it worse just find somewhere else.

Good service. Good food. When we went to pick up order there was a mix up however fixed immediately and given a gift card for our troubles. Very happy overall

Was the worst experience ever wait like 20 minute still got the burn waitress(katie) was being super rude,never going back there to say am a costomer thier for over 5 year.

How do you think it was??? I mean it's the 99 !!! Lol ... I mean . It's as good as meh gets! But my experience was exactly what I expected it to be. I ate. Food. And it did the job. Thank you 99
