They take such good care of my puppy! And he comes home tired- but well adjusted!!!

I brought my 7 month old German Shepard here roughly 4 times in total. The first time we picked her up, she smelt horrible!!! We had to give her a bath right away. Every time we picked her up, staff did not know how to put on her harness or collar. There is no level of basic training for employees clearly. My dog also clearly learned behavioral issues from attending PawsnPlay.
The fact you are not allowed to see the inside of the facility is alarming. I was able to peer in behind a window because the paper covering had fallen and the kennel room looked unkept with a bunch of flies in the window. The last time we brought her home, she smelt of urine.
Do not, even if this is the only facility allowing new dogs, bring your animal to this daycare.
