In Branson MO the dunking Donut/Baskin Robin franchise we had an unsatisfactory products and service. The coffee was lukewarm brown water the three young girls serving either dont know how to make coffee or were never trained properly. Filled donuts received a teaspoon of filling. Horrific

Dunkin doughnuts on Warm Springs Ave in the Villages Florida consistently sells stale doughnuts and bagels. They sell day old products. The other stores in the Villages do not do this. This is their newest store. Poor management. No quality control!

PLEASE HAVE SOMEONE FROM CORPORATE GO TO THE LOCATION @ 1252 ST JAMES AVENUE IN SPRINGFIELD MASSACHUSETTS. THE LOCATION IS FILTHY & DISGUSTING !! EMPLOYEES ARE EXTREMELY RUDE!! I WITNESSED AN EMPLOYEE EATING SAUSAGE AT THE SANDWICH STATION !! THE CASHIER WAS ON THE PHONE TAKING MY ORDER ASKING ME WHAT DO YOU WANT & WHAT ELSE THEY SCREWED UP THE COFFEES MULTIPLE TIMES! FORGET THINGS ON MOBILE ORDERS!!! THIS PLACE LOST MINE AND MY FAMILIES BUSINESS. THERE IS A REASON THAT STORE DOESNT DO WELL. PLEASE CORPORATE SEND SOMEONE !!!!

Don't bother to email customer support as it's terrible. Use the AI bot becase at least someone smarter than the support teams manager, set up the flow of the interactions on the ai bot to actually attempt to resolve a question or issue in a timely and appropriate manner - the email support "team" certaintly could not which is sad for their future. At locations, it's not a nice experience to be "worth" going versus a locally small business. Most locations at some point or almost always depending on which one you go to screw up an order, provide you less of a product (fill to med amount when order a large), etc. Too bad they've gone downhill so much, if they didn't have drive thru's I am sure they would go out of business sooner. The app offers and rewards have gone downhill.

I was at Drumhill, Chelmsford Ma. Today last Saturday I had the good fortune to stop at this store and get coffee for myself and a friend. We got a Free Coffee for a year book, needless to say we were thrilled. Now I had won a booklet like this a year ago when another store had a fundraiser for Breast cancer so I knew how they worked. Today my friend and I stop for coffee and a wake up wrap, now there are 4 coupons one for each week of the month. They wanted to remove our coupons and I said NO bc if you do we wont get the rest of our coffee for the month. That manger went into the back are came back with a disclaimer paper. Im extremely disappointed by the way they are doing it this time, I feel it was false advertising and a very deceptive practice. So needless to say Im not a happy customer. Shame on the new Francise owners, instead of getting back your customers your losing them, and thats at every Dunkins that were bought fro. Conway and Addie
