I go to Dunkin every day and have been to Dunkin’s in five states within the past two weeks and this is the only one that I’ve been to that is not open to walk in to pick up a coffee

I have been enjoying the Vanilla Chai drink for years. Recently the Vanilla Chai underwent a change of name to the Vanilla Spice. The Vanilla Chai aka Vanilla Spice was yummy and delicious. Unfortunately I do not understand why rename a drink that is going to be leaving the menu so soon after. The Vanilla Spice is nowhere to be found in my area. I found a reddit page that stated that individuals in different states were experiencing the same thing, no more Vanilla Chai/Spice drink and the individuals posting and myself were very much missing this delicious drink. Around the same time as the renaming of Vanilla Chai into Spice came a new drink called the Chai Latte was introduced. The Chai Latte was not for me, I found it water down and disgusting. I really wish the Vanilla Chai/Spice would be sold in stores just like the coffee bags. I would very much make this smooth, delicious drink at home.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I feel like I wasn’t treated like a VALUED customer!! Their app is always glitching! I will kindly spend the rest of my money on my app and will never come back again.

I was not satisfied with the customer service I never got an answer to my question why is DUNKIN DONUTS IN MEDWAY CLOSED IS IT BECAUSE OF COVID 19. I HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW THIS INFORMATION IT IS A VERY DANGEROUS VIRUS THAT IS KILLING PEOPLE.

The new paper cups are horrible. They leak, they are hot to hold, then the coffee cools off way too quick, the coffee doesn't taste the same as it used to. I was a big fan of Dunkin' coffee , but no more. I just bought a Yeti and make it at home for the road. The styrofoam cups were so much better.
