        I live in the neighborhood. They have decent affordable food but completely unreliable and even aggressive customer service. I have on several occasions ordered a pizza to go over the phone and when I showed up to pick up the pizza two separate cashiers have not put the order in.

        I have gotten lunch here 5 times in total and 4 times my order has been wrong. Even when I've written it down for them. This last time I was dumbfounded at how they could have made the error as to not even put chicken in my chicken Mediterranean wrap. The only reason i come back is bc when done right it tastes great. And they sell my favorite Nashoba bread. So just be aware of the lack of service you will get.
