Ive enjoyed living at Tempo for the most part. I feel safe and peaceful living in this community. However, more frequent and effective cleaning of public areas will be greatly appreciated.

This place has gone down hill big time and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I am coming up on 3 years living here. The units and amenities themselves are nice, but the location is awful because there is always so much traffic.
But the worst part is the people who working in the leasing office. They barely respond to any issues you have, if at all. They make promises but don't follow through on them. As mentioned in other reviews, the package system is an absolute nightmare. I have had multiple packages go missing (read stolen) and the leasing office just says sorry and ignores everything else. Apologies don't get my packages to me at the end of the day. It's to the point where you don't even want to have anything sent there because who knows what will happen.
I had a friend drop something off late one night to the lobby area, I went to grab it first thing the next day and and it was gone. Turns out someone on the cleaning crew "mistakenly" took it.
And their new thing now is putting up no poop/pee signs for dogs all over the property despite it being a dog friendly community.
Parking for guests is basically impossible. Management gives out the guest passes to residents to park their own cars so unless you make plans a month in advance for a friend or family to come over, forget about getting a parking pass for them.
Skip this place, it is not worth the ever increasing amount of rent to live here. There are so many other similar complexes right next door that I'm sure handle things much better.

*Update*
I've never been treated so unprofessionally when I had to move out, it's turned my mind on this company. You do not exist after you mention you'll not be renewing to these people. I moved out a week prior to my lease ending, deep cleaned and everything, took video of the empty apartment. I was calling several times a day the week prior, left messages and had to emailed a few times to get any sort of information on what was required for move out. I was told just hand in the key, the place is being re-painted so don't worry by the front desk. No one was available for a walk through, and there were no instructions about needing one or who to contact for one. I find out a month later that they took my security deposit to replace the carpet due to a supposed ink stain. Again called several times and left several messages to find out why, was eventually told they calculated for for whatever reasons (I only lived there 2 years and was charged for 31 months to replace), was promised photos of the stain and still nothing. NO LEASING AGENT MADE ANY ATTEMPTS TO HELP ME. it's great when people in a power position can take your money without question. Where I'm left with only being able to write a review to express my complete frustration with this place.
I've lived here for 2 years and had good experiences, especially lately with all of the cool tenant events arranged by Victoria! The new leasing office folks are trying really hard to get a high quality living area. The one small complaint is parking is kind of difficult for guests. But otherwise it's a wonderful living area and complex.
