Josh Burgin was our realtor as we looked for a place in the Watertown/newton area and he was simply the best. A consummate professional, josh immediately reached out to me and my fiancé to find out what we were looking for and how he could help accomplish that goal. Working ever diligently, Josh constantly kept us abreast of new rental properties as they became available and worked with the other realtors to arrange showings for us, often due to our last minute requests.He was not discouraged during the first few days we met with him and did not find what we were looking for. Instead, he said he would continue to look for properties to ensure we got what we wanted.Finally, we found a place and Josh sprang into action, swiftly working with the other realtor to ensure we got the place above all other interested parties. He agreed to do all the communication and picking up checks if needed, putting us at ease through the entire process.Josh's communication was always immediate and on point, either with a simple text, phone call, or email, to ensure we were all on the same page.He was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.I have been renting for 11 years due to constant military moves and he is easily the best realtorI have ever come across.

Something really sketchy and fishy going on here. I was accepted for an apartment. Acceptance letter was signed by the landlord.Yet when I brought the checks today as I promised, they said the landlord has changed their mind because It was too late.  Looks obvious that the broker jasmine found someone else over the weekend by herself so she didn't have to split the commission with my broker even though I had a written acceptance letter. And she blamed me for not bringing the check on time, which I told her I was out of town for the weekend. Stay away from this broker.  She was a manipulative lier and didn't even have a courtesy to be there and talk to me face to face.

Sean Persson, Rental Manager at ePlace Inc. delivered explementary service this past week. Although he was the landlord's agent, he represented me, the tenant, with the same level of service he provides to his client's. I would highly recommend Sean for all your apartment finding needs.

We worked with David Hart from ePlace to buy our first home.   His knowledge about home buying, various neighborhoods in Boston, Medford, and Somerville, and about home maintenance and structure were impressive.  He helped to steer us away from the place we first wanted to put a bid in on by noticing major problems that would have been brought to our attention during the inspection and would have wasted our time.  We ended up putting in offers on three homes but kept getting outbid and Dave was instrumental in keeping us positive throughout this.  Furthermore, we unfortunately had to work with a difficult seller's realtor so we were extra thankful that we had someone so on top of his game on our side.     Thank you Dave for helping us find our new home!

This review is specifically for Ryan Pietras at ePlace since he was the only one I worked with. My roommates and I happened to be wandering by when we noticed their touch display outside their office. We spotted a listing and walked right in. Ryan greeted us, asked us a few quick questions and helped us find some more listing that fell in our criteria. Working with Ryan was a great. He is a good listener, attentive, and has a low-pressure/laid back approach -which is a welcome change from the experiences we've had in the past. Felt like he genuinely wanted to help us find a place that was right for us, and not just focused on commission. Overall, one of the better broker experiences I've had.
