I have been visiting this Photography store for years. The store itself has moved into 3 different locations within the same area. This third place is absolutely what the place should look like. It is amazing going in now and how professional it looks and feels. The sales person I always go to see is Larry. He is very knowledgeable and a true professional. For true enthusiast of photography it is the perfect place. If you are not familiar with professional equipment then you might find it o be pricy. I have never been disappointed with this store and it is a true dream for anyone into photography and art to visit at least once. I guarantee you will be back.

Disclaimer: I've only been here once. However, I had great service from a guy named Derek. He let me spend a solid hour trying out tripods, and helped me throughout. Granted, I was one of 2 customers in the entire store, but still, the service here CAN be good. I did overhear the manager talking to other employees, and he seemed a little rough around the edges, so maybe that's where people have had bad experiences before. Selection was okay, though they don't carry much in the way of Sony NEX lenses/accessories (my system of choice). All in all, it was acceptable, with great service.

I've been their several times and they have been extremely helpful. The first time i went was because I wanted to buy my first D-SLR I had narrowed it down to two picks a Cannon or a Nikon and they let me try them each out and explained each ones pros and cons. The manager even said he would hold it and register my purchase later so i could get a rebate from cannon that was coming up. Unbelievable. Later i took to them a old twin lens reflex camera from the 50s that I was interested in getting working. I had heard they would sometimes help you with things like that but they went above and beyond. first he showed me how to load it. then when I realized I needed a light meter instead of recommending one of the $200-$300 dollar digital light meters they had in store the person who was helping me recommended I buy one on ebay and even gave me a model I should look for. Amazingly help considering they were not going to profit in any way. and then once its old battery died and i could not find a replacement they helped by tracking one down in about 2 minutes amazing. after this kind of service i would not even think about buying from anywhere else. if you just wanna buy a camera cheep this is not the place to look, however if you want knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff who will always try and get you the best deat, if you want a great selection that you can try, or just want some information on anything photography realted this is a great place to go
