Super nice. Got a CO2 tank swapped no problem, and got a nice cold bottle of water for my hike back to the office.

Not the most courteous, professional, or punctual group of people. I've been swapping CO2 tanks with Airgas for Brewing. Their inconvenient hours are 7-4. I arrive at 7 AM and wait until 7:45 for the guy to show up. No explanation, no apology, no thanks for waiting. The next time I show up at 3:45, the door is locked, and someone is hiding inside. When I call I'm told that the guy that does CO2 went home for an emergency. I say that this isn't the first time that this has happened, and I'm basically called a liar. Airgas is the cheapest outfit around for CO2, but as far as I'm concerned I'm fine with paying the extra to deal with people that actually keep the advertised hours and understand what customer service is.
