        Authentic Bengali food in Boston, could well be the best in town. Sincere owners, no- frills decor ... not the place if you are looking for a temple of fine dining. What it lacks in style, it more than makes up in taste and authenticity. We've been there often, and would recommend it to anyone looking for Bengali cuisine the way it is done in Bengal, either side of the Padma.

        Went to Royal Bengal with a group of 10 friends for celebrating Dussehra. None of us had been here before and with an empty restaurant (could be because of weekday), our hopes of the food being good were less. To our surprise!! every member of the group enjoyed the awesome home-like Bengali cuisine. The highlights of the dinner were Kashaa Mangsho, Murgir Jhol, Aloor Dum with Luchi.
