        Additionally provided dryer vent service, and offered to clean chimney/fireplace. With multiple services purchased they gave a system sanitizing at ni additional cost. The representative, Nelson, was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained exactly the services we were receiving and drew a diagram!         Mike came to provide an estimate for cleaning our heat ducts after our system is maintained in October. He gave a clear explanation of the process and costs that was easily understood, scheduled the cleaning, and cleaned the dryer vent while he was here. He was friendly, clean, well spoken, courteous, and professional.

        Customer service was great and communicative when service tech came 2 hours later than scheduled. Was quoted $75 over phone for a dryer vent cleaning but when tech came he told me it was $120. After finishing the job he did not clean up left over lint from the cleaning and left it as is. Window sill and ground covered in lint. Also a leftover piece of vent cover was left on my window sill because the service tech broke one piece of the vent cover and couldnt replace with a piece he had. He did not notify me that the vent cover broke or anything. I only know because I went out back to check. After a phone call with the customer representative, I was told that the lint should be cleaned and that she would reach out to the service technician. Service technician called back and stated there was no plug and when I told him there was one he then turned to say that they dont vacuum outside and that they only vacuum when they do the work inside. He said my vent cover was old and it broke when he was trying to put it back together. A little notification and explanation wouldve been great instead of just taking the money and leaving. $120 so I can clean up a mess that you made?! Ridiculous and you guys call yourselves professionals. I do not recommend this company to anybody unless youre ok with cleaning up after them and them breaking your stuff and not being honest and telling you about it until you call to ask why something was left out Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning
