Incredibly rude staff. I'll never go back to the Burlington Disney Store. I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one on here who has mentioned the rudeness of the staff at this particular disney store. One taller female staff member member with shorter dirty blonde hair was so rude to us on our last visit at the entrance to the store that we flat out refuse to ever go back. She and another taller stocky older lady in her 50s, who I think is the manager, have always had weird attitudes for people working in a retail environment. Any interaction with either of them was like you were talking to the warden of a prison. It's weird cause the staff at the Braintree store and the Wrentham outlet have always been sooooo super nice. We collect the limited edition 12", 15" and 17" dolls and some other Disney collectible stuff that we'd show up for on release date - we used to go to the Braintree store and were so bummed that it closed and were forced to go to this store instead - and I swear the staff have this attitude when you're walking around the poorly laid out store only to perk right up when you plop down your 130 dollars for a doll at the register - and then want to sell you a bag btw. Pretty much anything you can get here you can get at their online store with the exception of the limited edition stuff that usually sells out instantly, and you can find most of their generic stuff on amazon or elsewhere for less than they charge in their stores anyway. Definitely will not be back.
