I can not tell you how terrible this store is. I was sold an item under terms that were not honestly represented; I have received terrible customer service ever since. My advice: do not, ever, go into this store and do business with these people.

Bored, uninformed, lazy and arrogant staff. I took my new Motorola X phone in there to activate it. I was the only customer in the store for almost an hour. They first told me it couldn't be done at all, i.e. that an unlocked phone could not be activated. The only thing they would do for me was sell me a SIM card. Period. Then they couldn't figure out how to install it, but that only took me 5 seconds. They wouldn't even try to activate my phone. Instead, they let me sit and talk to the Verizon customer support phone line while they glowered. This took about ten minutes, including the verification of my identity, and it all went quite smoothly. These folks obviously want to sell phones, and that's it. I wouldn't go back there for any reason.
