Loud loud loud courtyard. Loud music, loud talk until midnight. If you love hear the party, come live here. No magament in the evening. You what that means...

The Huntington was recommended to me by a former resident, and I can see why it came so highly recommended. The management is professional, kind, and great at communicating which gives me such peace of mind as apartment living can be stressful if there's bad management. Deandra and Robyn are superb! They communicate promptly, and are thoughtful to make sure that my concerns/needs are met. Vlad addressed my maintenance issues, and you could not meet a nicer guy than him. My apartment unit itself is well-maintained and, so far, I've not had any issues with noisy neighbors. The location is convenient to everything you could possibly need (grocery, shopping, restaurants, highway access). I literally just moved in this month but I've been so impressed already that I felt an urge to leave this review.

lived here for just over a year.  LOCATION: Wonderful, close to  Wegmans and plenty of restaurants and sidewalks. BUILDING: The style and construction of the Huntington is excellent, we never, ever, heard our neighbors through the walls. Very pretty lobby, which was always clean.  The gym is not great and was not properly built to maintain a level of air needed for a gym.  The gym at the Tremont is much nicer, but you are not allowed to use it unless you are a resident there. LEASE Experience: The Huntington requires a 60 day renewal notice AND a 60 day move out notification in the standard lease.  We ended up paying a $5K penalty when we needed to break the second year lease.  I understand penalties are common, but that amount is too much and they were not willing to reduce it at all, even in light of the fact the courtyard, indoor kitchen and gym were not accessible for months due to COVID.  I recommend negotiating the penalty before you sign your lease, even if you think this won't apply to you.  Be prepared for 100% error rate on all documents and processes.  SERVICE: Everyone who we encountered that works here is quite friendly, but also pays NO attention to details.  Incorrect pricing for storage space was given, the lock and key charges were duplicated, the fob was not properly programmed, our apartment was not cleaned before we moved in, reserving the elevator was problematic.  These are just some examples, but there are more.  Bottom line, you need to be diligent each step of the way and don't assume because someone told you something it is correct or will actually be done proactively without you chasing. Even the return of our security deposit required me to continually follow up. NEIGHBORS & Other: The neighbors were all wonderful, respectful and we never had issues hearing the dogs bark or people not cleaning up after them. Occasionally, we would hear the person who lived in the floor above us walk around, so of course, a top floor is ideal so you don't have to worry about a heavy footed neighbor.  I did have some issues with package delivery, however, this problem is not limited to the Huntington.  The mailroom is roomy and I found other residents respectful of space when hunting for packages in the package room.
