        This place just caused me to close my almost 20 year account. Before this they were ing and they were remarkable. These cafes are not banks they’re glorified atms with coffee. You can’t do anything you can do at a physical bank and the people who work there make fun of you for even attempting to do so. Bye bye capital one. Time to go to a local credit union.

        This replaces a Peet's branch on the other side of Beacon street. Since they moved the store has really gone downhill. They often run out of beans which makes a trip there a waste of time.
