        I have lived in the complex for over a year and have a few minor complaints all of which got resolved after calling. I do have a rescent issue that i will call in about but for the most part pleased with the complex and the service. Management staff is usually very reachable. I do see the many complaints about mice but management can only do so much as tenants have a roll to play in curbing as well. The trash being thrown all over the floor in front of the dumbster is not helpful when the management placed mice boxes are all around the complex. We need to assist by doing our part to keep rodents out of our home.

        This company has gotten many complaints from my family . For the last few weeks there has been work going on in the apartments starting bright and early in the morning. I completely understand construction may need to be done , but no letter stating there will be work in the buildings ? I have a newborn who has continuously woke up due the noise happening at random times in the day , ESPECIALLY MORNINGS . 7am?! NO NOTICE. Its completely inconvenient to me and my neighbors. This complex has cause so many issues. Definitely WILL NOT be renewing our lease.

        This review is specifically on weed smoking. Whereas I appreciate living here, someone has been smoking weed inside building 60 day and night. Lately, it's been getting worse. It's 9am and the hallway feels like a weed chimney. Please do something about it!
