I highly recommend Life After Death Monuments. Miss & Gino kept me informed about the progress in fact my husband stone arrived earlier than expected. They were professional, friendly display empathy and made me feel comfortable at a time of grief. They did an awesome job with the stone. Such a pleasure working with Gino & Miss thus far They are leaving such a personal touch in our experience that I had to write this. In a business that engraves & delivers a forever msg to your loved ones, these two have a connection to make that journey light. So much so that I havent seeing the finished product but their way of making you feel seeing/heard is a personal touch that brings life to this heavy transaction. Grateful to have crossed paths with them and confident Ill love the result. Felt compelled to add to the review after seeing the final product. To no surprise, they were patience and accommodating throughout the experience. From the design, to suggestions, to being present in our final steps. It all felt effortless thanks to Gino & Miss. I had no expectations given the nature of the journey to be honest but they certainly surpassed and eased the process for my family. I highly recommend LAD Monuments!! Please give them a call before signing a headstone purchase order with another. I did!!! When I inquired about purchasing a headstone while grieving, I was pleasantly surprised how their level of empathy surpassed others. They managed my needs and questions with gentleness. More importantly, I learned about my plot, the cemetery requirements, and stone selections from LAD Monuments more than anyone had explained to me previously. What made the biggest difference is that they explained everything and what to expect. In fact, they guided me every step of the way. I truly needed that. I had not done this before nor knew the questions to ask. By listening to all the need-to-know information I discovered just how different this call was. My idea for the headstone was intricateLAD Monuments provided sketches of my vision to perfection!! It was like they were able to interpret what was in my head. Once I placed the order, they proactively kept me posted on the status and reassured me often of the anticipated delivery!! Finally, the Its here call came then next the text photo of the headstone after installation. My daughters headstone is beautiful and truly reflects our concept and details. I was overjoyed with tears. It never occurred to me that I would feel a sense of RIP closure. I am so humbly grateful that I made that one last inquiry and choose LAD Monuments.
