Due to the corona virus, all communication was through email. I never had the opportunity to meet Ms.D’Oliveira or her colleague. That didn’t stop them from taking my case and making sure that my experience was a good one. Everything was handled in a timely manner, and settled a lot sooner than I expected. I did expect to get more than what was settled, at the same time the corona virus landed me at home and laid off from work so the settlement was more than helpful in these tough times. They handled every aspect of my case beautifully and in a timely manner. I had no idea where to start after my auto accident and they walked me through each step, even the parts they couldn't help with (like closing out my loan and how to handle my totalled car with my insurance company).
