Lynel Worked with me to create the wedding ring of my dreams! Used my engagement ring and replaced the gem stone with a diamond. Helped me pick out the diamond for it as well! We did the same thing for my husbands wedding ring and added a bezel diamond -A. Shelton

I brought two rings to Warren Jewelers to have fixed. Both are very sentimental and my wife was nervous giving them to anyone. I was informed of the repairs that would be performed and agreed with their professional recommendation. The owner informed me that is would take seven to ten business days, I was fine with this timeline. I was called seven days later to pick the rings up. The price was exactly what I expected. Upon returning the rings to my wife she was amazed at how they looked. Meticulously cleaned, repair undetectable. The diamonds shine more than the day we purchased them. I am extremely happy with the level of service and expertise. Exceptional company.

If I could give a negative star I would. I gave them a small chain to fix that took them 2 months to do. They such poor job that the chain broke while sleeping. I wouldn't bring it back for them to fix, it would just be more time wasted.
