My indirect water heater stopped working on a Sunday night. I went to Values website and requested help. I received a phone call within 20 minutes from who I believe was the owner. He told me he could send someone out. Brian , who was the Plummer that was sent to my house showed up on time and went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed. We needed a part that was only in stock 45 minutes away, and since a winter storm was coming the next day he drove all the way to get the part. I have a 6 month old baby at home, and Brian did everything he could to make sure we had hot water by the time he left the house. Not only was the service excellent the price was just as good. I recommend Value for any plumbing needs! 20/10!

I cannot recommend this company enough! Carl and Brian are very thorough in their work and are upfront with what it will cost to fix. They did a full furnace conversion from oil to propane, new water heater and presser tank job for me and helped me understand what to expect from the Mass Saves program. They showed when they said they would be and let me know what to expect each day. Their communication was amazing for a large job. They have customers for life!

The kind of business that knows how to treat customers.
