They get 0 stars if there was an option for it. The owner is very unprofessional and very rude. There are plenty of other respectable printing businesses around that will value your business.

I wish I could give him ZERO. I am in pizza bussines for last 12 years and I never seen anyone like him. When I bought my new bussiness he told me he has 15 000 menus. After I sent fist 4000, he told me he has 4000 left. When previous owner called him he said he has 8000 menus. I told him to sent out 4000 menus again. When I called him to sent my rest of my menus first he said he has 4000 then he called me he said he has 2000 and 5 min later he called back and told that he had 800 menus left. He promised to call me after holiday and he called to prevous owner not me. Previous owner told him to bring all menus and he never bring it. I called him couple weeks after and told him I want my menus, he promised to bring them in 3 days and I still do not have them. Also from post office they told me they recieved my menus burlt there is no address printed on them so post office cannot sent the menus. I don't think I can ever work with him again.

I printed my menus through them I called more than 30 times and changed prices, there was one lady that I was always talking to her about changes and updates , she was the coolest human being ever I talked, Thanks Gem for the service:)
