Kevin Lamy and crew were wonderful. Even foul weather didn't keep them from working. Kevin always kept me informed as to when they would arrive and the progress of my order. It's nice, albeit rare, to find people who do what they say they will do and show up on time.The three porches that I had enclosed are a wonderful addition to my home and  all three were done for the price I had been quoted for just two of them.I have nothing but praise for Kevin.

Had no problem with the building portion of the construction of our new 3-season room. The problem developed after installation. They finished the room in March/April timeframe that becomes important as you will find out. The alumaroom company installed an all metal room. Great during the summer months not so much in the Fall and Winter months. The door when opening and closing drags along my floor on the unhinged side and is next to impossible to close. It is extremely difficult to close (hits the threshold). In other words its sagging. We have to literally pull up on the handle to get it to close. Now the handle is being utilized for something it wasn't intended to do. I asked Kevin repeatedly to fix it for approximately two years or give me the manufacturers name so I can call them. He did show up once to add a awning and didn't fix the problem nor provide me with the manufacturer name so I can get this resolved. Repeated calls and text are to no avail.  Sorry I had to resort to writing a bad review. Hopefully, I do not have to bring it to the next level.
