Ordered online never came and didn’t answer phone when called

Great delivery service at night and great pizza and when I called very nice women helped me as well.

I honestly never write reviews but please don’t make the mistake of going here… if I could give literally no stars I would. first off I ordered online told them my name and the kid at the counter said 2 mins, alright that’s cool we just ordered not to long ago. So we waited and they said our food was ready so I went to pay looked at the screen and another staff member was ringing me up for the food. I notice this isn’t the food we ordered? I pointed to the screen and said that’s not our food? Fairly Loud and clearly… and the staff member said yeah the card scanner is broken. Okay? So I give the staff member my card and I get the receipt back. Still not my food on the receipt…. So I said hey this isn’t my food we didn’t order this. Pointed to the receipt where the staff member then turns around to another one and says you rang her up for the wrong thing. Look I understand that people are new and things happen fine. But I stood there for another 5 mins at least while no one did anything but stare at each other and try to figure out where my order was. They finally locate it. And have us pay for that one too and tell me that they have to call to get my refund. At this point I take the food and just leave without saying anything. I get to the car and notice that the food is literally COLD like not even slightly warm and we got nothing in our sandwiched that we asked for, the food was absolutely terrible, and the service in general was bad.
