        I would give ZERO stars if I could! Ordered an arrangement to be delivered 2/28. On 3/1 it was still not delivered. They called to verify the address, which I did. Then I called the next day to make sure it had been delivered and was told it should have been. Come to find out a month later it was NEVER delivered. I paid over $150 for nothing. They also NEVER answer their phone!!! Shop elsewhere!!!

        Terrible service. Flowers were wilted and their delivery person left my house with more than he came with. The police are working on it now. Owner was no -responsive.

        Super disappointed with a dish garden and fresh flower arrangement ordered for my grieving friend this week by Bridgewater Florist. Delivered a day late and also so bad that I called to tell the florist. He was apologetic and said he would create a new arrangement.....it was also not impressive. I don't usually write reviews but I am this time. Sorry Bridgewater Florist....

        This place is disgraceful I just had a service for my Mother yesterday/today that several family members and friends (not me) sent flowers to. I was actually told by the Funeral Home NOT to order flowers from Bridgewater florist , because they arrived dead wilted, or not like the pictures shown, I have uploaded two of the pictures of bouquets sent or tinier than what people paid. My mother in law and other people who spent over $100 or more had small bouquets and dead flowers arrive instead of what they ordered. Go to Studio 27 in Taunton or another florist and check their review but DO NOT USE BRIDGEWATER FLORIST. I have grown up and lived in Bridgewater for a long time and never ever saw them do flowers in this bad before. I had ordered for another relative that had passed away while in this place couple years ago, and they showed up the same way said Id never order from from again. I would never have anybody go back there and order again.
