Stayed at ocean edge and the resort was great I had an issue happen in my room with the washer and the engineer Danny Silva came to the room and helped fix the issue in little to no time at all and I cant thank him enough I had some stuff I really needed to be washed before I left and he made sure he took care of it. He also was really great with my son to the point he asks about him even after our stay!! Highly recommend them and cant thank Danny Silva enough for all he did for us!!!

Only downside was 16 year old requirement for hot tub. Beautiful place

I will just started with I stayed here in June 2023 for a conference and while some of the people were helpful some aspects were very disappointing. When we arrived after a 6 hr drive I checked in, was given directions and my room key and sent on my way. We loaded everything onto a cart went to the building we were told to and got upstairs only to find out our room was in a different building. So there was one nice employee who offered to help me and my family so we lugged everything down and out and across the resort to the other building. Get to the room, use the key....and to my surprise there is someone else's stuff still there and looks like they were no where near ready to check out. The employee apologized and offered to walk me back to check in in another building. He told me to just leave all of my belonging there. I had no choice and so I left them there while I walked back since my family was still with the car near the other building. The lady behind the desk apologized and offered us an upgrade. They helped us move our things and we got a 3 bed 3 bath villa. There was a weird smell when we got there but figured it was just one that hadn't been used in a while. Later that night we discovered 100s of ants. We called front desk who had someone come out and spray and left us with a can of bug spray. The mold smell worsened as the AC was used. Throughout our stay the mold smell got worse and worse. The ants continued to the point that we could not leave anything in the kitchen, dining room, living room on the counters, couches or tables. Then the TV stopped working for about 2 days. A nice man tried to help us but it was short lived before it stopped working again. In addition to the disappointing bugs, smell and tv the food options were much more limited than anticipated. Someone from management reached out to me a few weeks later and apologized and wanted to make it right. I called back the number 3 times before I gave up that they were going to answer. I was overall disappointed and couldn't fathom spending the money on this place again. Also nothing is open late nearby. Rooms: bugs, ants, outdated, mold smell
