It has been an absolute pleasure working with Todd Barr. As a first time homebuyer, the closing process is stressful and overwhelming at times. Whenever I reached out, Todd responded quickly and was always incredibly helpful, even when it came to figuring out a home/auto insurance bundle and finding the right agent for me. It is such a relief to know that even as questions arise now that I am a homeowner, Todd's still got my back and has my best interest in mind.

Applied in November of 2022. Worked with a lady named Amanda webb. Took over a month to get pre approval. She told us to improve our credit score. So we did within a few months and re applied to get a bigger pre approval. Got what we was asking for but could have got more. When we finally found a home we got denied due to type of income received. Amanda lied to us through this whole process and made it a very bad experience for first time home buyers. They submitted our application wrong to fha and did not try to help us but just make us go through a lengthy process and at the end found away to deny us with lies and lack of experience and just outright worst company. I don't know how this company gets good reviews the way they treated us. Oh forget to mention lack of communication. I could never get ahold of anyone it took me a week sometimes to get a response. Our realtor got us someone from Ross mortgage and they got us approved in 24 days. Your loss success mortgage. I don't recommend this company instead give Ross mortgage a call.

There are wonderful resources for new home buyers that I only learned about after talking to SMP. They really educated me, and guided me through the loan process. We were able to move forward quickly and thankfully successfully as well.
