I had someone calling me today for a job interview and she was very rude about the process and my questions. I appreciate companies that are open and can answer your questions as well as provide you details about what you will put your heart and time into. It really surprised me that coming from a marketing and sales company they will treat a potential client in such a disrespectful way. I cannot even imagine what would be working there.

Had a job interview December 24th, Arrived 40 minutes before my interview but for some reason the office lights were off, I assumed that everyone was on a lunch break. I called the office two times and the phone went to voicemail I left a message letting them know I was here waiting but NO ONE ever showed up to interview me. I guess the office was closed for the day, but definitely does not make sense that they allowed me to schedule a interview for a day that they had off. What made it worse is that they never cared to call but wanted to send me a message with another date and time that I did not agree on. Seemed unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time.

They expect you to sign a probation period document that states how you won't get paid for three weeks after your start so that they can scope you out and not have to waste money on people who aren't fit for the job after one week. They only give one week of practice to get things down right or they'll fire you. I expected more out of them but the whole thing was a disappointment overall. Nice people to work with though. "You kinda have to be a sociopath to do this job right." - GGC Employee I don't know if all sales jobs are like this but if they are then I don't think it's ever worth it. At least it wasn't door-to-door.

Golden Gates consulting is a place of opportunity and experience for persons who seek and is persistent to have a purpose for themselves in life. I honestly can not speak for anyone else, but personally, this opportunity was what I needed. Truly its not for everyone. Its for persons who want to find or who already has found their value in life and is persistent in seeking to act on that to make them a better person. Honestly this experience was way beyond my expectations to see how great of an opportunity can be accomplished from this. Going through with this work is going to take individuals with real value and determination for their success. If you aren’t committed to that then trust me this isn’t for you. Nevertheless the energy, enthusiasm and optimism level from management to employees is just enough push for one person to realize that this opportunity is not one to pass... with everything that takes persistency and commitment in life comes failures and risks but one of the best parts about this place is the support system. Ive never seen so much support coming from people in a working environment, these people are like a family. I would recommend if you are looking for growth, support, a sense of independency, teamwork, professionalism, optimism, happiness... this is the place to be.
