The Good Window Works crew was fantastic. They were very nice to work with and were the only business willing to do jamb liner replacement, allowing us to save our unique wood windows. They also did onsite glazing on a bay window and took another to their shop to reglaze. Excellent work as seen in the picture. I recently had the crew at Good Window Works repair a set of bay windows in my home. The wood was rotted in several places and they repaired these windows with excellent work. I worked to get quotes to either replace these bay windows or convert them to standard windows. I ended up using this group due to their quote and overall their responsiveness and quality of work. Highly recommend Good Window Works to anyone who is in need of a window frame repair. They were able to save us thousands by repairing rotted sections of the frame rather than having to replace an entire bay window. They were responsive, timely and very professional. Excellent work and wonderful experience. The results were better than had I replaced my windows. I live in an old Boston building and my windows are very old, could not open to clean. They now look like new windows, can open, have weather strips and can now be cleaned. They were very professional all around including no mess at all after the work was done. I highly recommend. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. Saw their van on the street, called, made an appointment, a very knowledgeable estimator came and did a very thorough walkthrough, explained everything, provided estimate right away. The house that we moved into had over a dozen of windows that wouldn't open or wouldn't shut. It was so bad that one of the windows almost fell out when opening. So, we were bracing for $20-30K new windows expenditure. These guys fixed all of the issues, including bunch of rotting wood for 10% of that! All windows work great now, they even painted them. The best thing is that they're honest, explain everything, and don't oversell! So rare to find that combination. Highly recommend to everyone who has issues with windows. Service: Window repair
