D&G Towing

Another one of those “enforces mask policy” but none of the workers are wearing masks type of business. Towing starts at 8am but it was towed at 5am. Charged me extra and the staff was unnecessarily and incredibly rude/ disrespectful.

If I could rate this towing company 0 stars, I would. The 2 Brazilian ladies at the front desk were so rude and they were more interested in eating then being helpful to customers. The manager at this place was so disrespectful and high off her authority. I spent 5 hours trying to get this place to release my car and each time they would ask for something else and be extremely unprofessional while doing it. Not only that but the inexperienced tow truck drivers scraped my exhaust on the pavement when towing it 10 mins down the street. They told me to have my insurance take care of it when they are the ones who damaged it. Once they had robbed me of $300 and I asked if they could just tow it to my home, they refused and said the tow truck driver has to go home. Which is beyond ridiculous. The people running this place have no idea what they are doing and are going to make this business go down the drain.

My manual A5 was towed for street cleaning and now the gears don't go in as smoothly as before. Not very happy.

These jerks profit off of people's misery. They treat customers like trash and have terrible attitudes. But hey, it's not like THEIR car has been towed anytime recently.
