Its hard these days to find a company, online, that treats the consumer with trust and respect while providing amazing customer service. Greg at Erelyx was phenomenal. From this point on for all my watch purchases I will use Erelyx. Best service I have experienced in a very long time and the product was simply amazing! Great work!

I had been eyeing a Tag Heuer Carrera for a while, but it was always just out of my grasp financially. Greg and Carrie helped me shop around and were able to get me the watch I wanted, in perfect condition, for much cheaper than any jewelry store would sell it to me for. I just wanted to say how completely satisfied I was with Erelyx. I ordered a watch on Tuesday and it was at my house by 12:00 the very next day. High praise for them, and I would not think twice about recommending them in the future. Greg keep up the GREAT work.

I am very suspicious of the authenticity of the reviews that were written about this company. I tried buying a watch from the site a couple of months ago, and of course it was being sold by a third party and no longer unavailable. I was told by the Greg Pope, the head of Erelyx, that he would try to find a similar product. When I asked a couple of follow-up questions I never heard back from him. The funny thing is the watch I tried to buy is still being displayed on their site 2 months later, despite being unavailable... Based on my experience I think the site is a clearing house for multiple brick and mortar stores using them as an online store, similar to Chrono24 or eBay. That said, how they can claim to guarantee authenticity and physical condition when they've never seen the product? Additionally, communication needs to improve. I would look seriously at all other options before venturing to buy an expensive watch through eRelyx.

Will never buy a watch anywhere else. When Greg and I began working together he took two months to learn my style, hand deliver several options, teach me about the process, and educate me on price. I then still decided to pass on a Cartier Tank. Sure enough, two weeks later when I changed my mind, Greg went back into the market, found the exact watch, and hand delivered it over drinks. eRelyx is the total personalized shopping, consultant experience; Greg still responds to texts, emails, and constant questions about the next watch 'idea'. Greg and Carrie truly make you feel like part of the eRelyx family, and build customers for life. Have never experienced their level of customer service, and refer watch collectors and newbies alike, without question.
