I had an amazing experience at Cuoio on Newbury St.
The staff is outstandingly attentive and helpful, they are knowledgable about their product, and the store carries only high quality shoes. Despite being small, the store carries designer brands that you would expect to find in a Nordstroms, Bloomingdales, etc. However, because it isn't a huge department store filled with lots of people all demanding service of the limited staff, I felt that I had a much more personalized and enjoyable experience.
I had been searching for a pair of riding boots since the beginning of the season, and had tried all the department stores and smaller shops in and around Boston, but was never able to find ones that fit right. Finally, at Cuoio the combination of their great collection and helpful service resulted in the perfect find!
I will definitely be returning here often.
