Small rubber roof ~ 350 sq/ft sprung a leak in the middle of a winter storm. I called several roofers and this organization responded to my call quickly. Owner came out and did a walk around/assessment. Determined due to age of roof (15yrs) it was probably best to just replace it as it had been patched several times before. Owner gave me an estimate of costs, and a timeframe within which he could do the work (weather dependent) his crew showed up on the date and time that we agreed and in one day my wife and I had a new, leak-free roof. There was some damage done to our roof during a recent storm and Kostas Roofing saved the day! With water leaking through the ceiling – and another storm in the forecast – we were in urgent need of a fix. Kostas came out the day we called them, gave us a detailed proposal complete with photos, and had the roof all buttoned up within a couple days. Throughout the entire process they were incredibly responsive, professional, and courteous. I could not recommend them more highly. Excellent experience with Kostas Roofing. We live in a small condo association -- essentially 2 triple deckers sharing a flat roof. The roof was failing so we launched a search for a roofer. Paul Kostas was easily the winner in that process. His price, while not the absolute lowest, seemed correctly priced for the amount of labor and materials one would expect. The photo shows that our roof has several obstacles beyond the usual chimney, and all of these outcroppings have to be properly wrapper or finished or back to square one with leaks! Paul and his team were very easy to interact with. Paul is an excellent communicator, and was ready to answer all our unit owners' myriad questions. The work started and ended on time, and the work site was spotless when the crew had finished. While I'm not a roofing expert, the seams and finish areas look meticulously done. I held off with my review for a full year, as I wanted to make sure that my subjective feelings were matched by objective performance. All is as it appeared. The units are dry, and the roof continues to look brand new. One service episode is definitely worth telling: a unit owner had a problem in their unit and assumed it was the roof leaking. Paul was incredibly responsive and he and a crew came right over and inspected the crawl space between the top floor units and the roof. This crawl space is quite narrow and hard to navigate, yet Paul personally inspected and photographed. It was obvious from his inspection that the crawlspace was bone dry. As it turned out, a fire safety sprinkler pipe in the unit had developed a pinhole leak, and that small yet steady leak had traveled and created a mystery. While I felt badly that Paul and company had to get involved in something that wasn't at all their problem, the episode revealed the tremendous degree of integrity that Paul brings to his business. I feel fortunate that we found him and that our condo roof is now good thanks to him. I would recommend Kostas Roofing if you want excellent workmanship, reasonable prices, and a high integrity individual who actually cares that the work come out the way it ought to.

Kostas roofing is one of my favorite roofing companies because they are punctual and professional. My parents called them first to repair their roof after the thunderstorms in July. They came 3 days later and finished on the same day; my parents were satisfied. I decided to also call them and have them work on a rubber roof at my house, so I could put chairs out in the balcony. I really recommend this company because the prices are really good too, and they can do anything!

I feel the price was fantastic to repair a leak and porch. They also offered other services fixing rubber roof, big projects like a 3 decker, and ice dams. The other plus is that is a company you can trust and local.
