Delicious food. Nicest staff so prompt and friendly. Highly recommend. I got the chicken Parm and I would do it again tomorrow.

Amazing food and service! The chef/owner was extremely attentive and friendly, came to our table and helps us with food selection and checking on our experience. Definitely would return to Tresca again

Great menu, food and service. Such a cozy vibe, good romantic spot or great with friends and family. Drinks are great too. You cant lose here.

I rarely go to Italian restaurants because I usually get disappointed. In South Florida and most around the world their "fine dining" is tomato sauce made from tomatoes from a can. A sacrilege for a true Italian and yes you can taste the difference. At Tresca I rediscovered, thanks to Chef Ansara, what real Italian cooking can be and the elevated level it can present. Start with the stuffed meatballs. They are divine and you will want to lick that tomato sauce right off the plate. We then let Chef Ansara decide for us what to eat and boy were we in for a treat. Well proportioned dishes with inspiring flavors. A true delight and rediscovery of real Italian food outside of Italy. In true Italian fashion, Chef Richard Ansara, makes the rounds in the dining room several times a night coming by every table to make sure the guests are happy. The extra personal touch that sets this place apart. True Italian food, nice atmosphere and personal attention of the chef. You cannot walk away here not happy!

The food overall was excellent. The fried calamari starter with those Italian peppers mixed in was a welcome surprise. The focaccia bread was really good and fresh served with a high-quality olive oil. I had the chicken parmesan with vodka sauce (#1). The sauce was fresh and bright and had just the right amount of bite from vodka (which is usually missing). My wife had the carbonara and she said it was good but carbonara traditionally doesnt have cream in it and she wouldve liked a more egg forward traditional carbonara. That said, the pasta was cooked very well and there are several other great things about the restaurant. The Chef and owner was extremely attentive, even seeing us on the stairwell on the way out a half hour later asking about the meal, very impressive.
