        To be completely honest, I only ever get the chicken mole enchiladas - I got them on my first Andale visit, and was so hooked that I've never tried anything else. The mole is my favorite kind: dark, rich, mildly spicy in terms of heat but very spicy in terms of flavor profile. Service is fast, but don't plan to eat on-site, as counter space fills up fast. (In milder weather, tables in the square outside are an option.) Know that they charge for extra sour cream, if that's your thing.
