        Quite possibly the worst property management company I have ever encountered. My apartment is beautiful however the amenities on site have many issues as do the elevators and the leadership at Hanover Co does not take the proper steps to remedy the problems. Leadership only responds to emails and telephone calls if you threaten to contact media outlets to report the conditions of their properties. And once they do respond they are unhelpful.
