You cannot go wrong with Sprogis and Neale.  My husband and I met John Neale at an open house when we were beginning our search for a condo in Boston and were impressed by the wealth of knowledge he had regarding the South End real estate market.  We hired John to help us with our search.  Given the difficult housing market in the city we thought it would take months to find a home.  We were shocked when our offer on the second condo we saw was accepted!  John guided us through every step of the process.  He gave us insight into current and future developments in the neighborhood and how these may impact the value of the condo and he provided us with great contacts for a real estate attorney and a contractor.  John and his partner Brad were also extremely helpful when difficulties arose with the seller with the signing the P&S.  These guys are true professionals!  I highly recommend putting the purchase or sale of your home in the hands of Sprogis and Neale.
